American Restoration expedited their response to restore our kitchen fire damage. Cameron initiated the response and was very professional. Jeremy came after normal hours to begin the process. He was very knowledgeable and considerate. He made sure his work was thorough and attended to any additional requests that we made before he left. The following day, Stephen, Ileana, and Bradley were back on site and cleaning their hearts away going above and beyond the call of duty for 8 solid hours. Stephen explaining every move. Followup call by Cameron came later to make sure we were pleased. Great experience

The very best. We had a fire on Easter Sunday. Adam went straight from church, got on his uniform, and came to our aid. The members are always dressed in easily identifiable uniforms. The ones we have personally worked with are always professional and supportive. They have advocated for us with our insurance company. Eric, Adam, Elliott, and Cameron have gone beyond the call of duty. We thank them.

Healthcare Construction Containment
Salisbury, NC

April 2, 2019
Solution Provided: Our containment system has a sound attenuating foam core which reduces renovation noise by up to 50%. It exceeds the requirements of ICRA Class IV, and the panels have been tested and are listed for ASTM E-84 Class A performance for fire and smoke. The real wall appearance of the system means that construction eyesores are hidden, and the system is designed for fast and easy installation. As an added bonus, the panels can be easily disinfected.

Solution Provided: The American Restoration team removed the contaminated cabinets and drywall, set up containment around the affected areas, and installed an air scrubber. In the crawlspace our team installed dryers and dehumidifiers to remove all traces of moisture from underneath the home. The images are a great example of what can happen when water damage is not properly mitigated. When left untreated, wet areas inside and underneath a home can lead to extensive mold growth, which can cause a number of health issues. Luckily, our team responds 24/7, and has the proper tools and training to decontaminate and repair mold-damaged homes.
