Customer service was right on! Jeff came by almost daily and the crew was pleasant and efficient. Several came back after working just to make sure we were happy. The whole team from first call to last check worked well together. But Jeff was the glue and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend Am Rest to anyone, thanks!

Jeff Wilson, project manager, made the reconstruction process as stress free as possible. He went over and beyond to answer my questions and concerns. Calvin was another professional who made sure his work was completed in a timely manner with excellent results. I was extremely pleased with this process due to these employees and others of American Restoration.

Solution Provided: After our mitigation crew handled the drying process—which also included the removal of wet and damaged flooring, drywall, and insulation—our reconstruction team, led by Jeff Wilson, began the repairs. The ceramic tile in the kitchen was matched and replaced, and matching hardwood was brought in for the repairs to the den. After the floors were installed and refinished, our crew cleaned, moved the property owner’s furniture and décor back into the home, and removed the temporary containment walls.
