American Restoration expedited their response to restore our kitchen fire damage. Cameron initiated the response and was very professional. Jeremy came after normal hours to begin the process. He was very knowledgeable and considerate. He made sure his work was thorough and attended to any additional requests that we made before he left. The following day, Stephen, Ileana, and Bradley were back on site and cleaning their hearts away going above and beyond the call of duty for 8 solid hours. Stephen explaining every move. Followup call by Cameron came later to make sure we were pleased. Great experience

Basement Water Loss in Shelby, NC
Shelby, NC

June 28, 2019
Solution Provided: A project manager was dispatched to scope the job site and confirm the cause of the water loss. Once this was determined, proper mitigation work began. First, contents were moved out of the basement so that all standing water could be extracted. Baseboards and shoe moldings were removed and equipment put in place to dry out all flooring and drywall. Minor mold remediation also took place. Once everything was fully dried, the baton was passed to our reconstruction team.

Healthcare Construction Containment
Salisbury, NC

April 2, 2019
Solution Provided: Our containment system has a sound attenuating foam core which reduces renovation noise by up to 50%. It exceeds the requirements of ICRA Class IV, and the panels have been tested and are listed for ASTM E-84 Class A performance for fire and smoke. The real wall appearance of the system means that construction eyesores are hidden, and the system is designed for fast and easy installation. As an added bonus, the panels can be easily disinfected.

Basement Flooding in Spindale, NC
Spindale, NC

February 28, 2019
Solution Provided: Once our crew arrived on site, the Project Manager inspected the area. Then he and his team immediately began the water extraction process. After all standing water was removed, our team placed blocks underneath the homeowner's storage tubs and undamaged items, making sure there were no spots where moisture could hide and cause mold issues down the road. Dehumidifers and drying fans were installed to finish the drying process, while our crew pulled out all wet paneling and insulation from the area. When the basement was completely dry, our team cleaned and swept the floors, and passed the baton to the reconstruction crew.
