We recently had water damage to our hardwood floors that originated from a pipe under our house leaking. When American Restoration was contacted they promptly responded and began the drying out process. The technicians were always on time when they came to check the dryers each day and were a pleasure to deal with. I really wish you were a direct repair company with our insurance company so that you could have overseen the repairs from start to finish. We were very pleased with the service you did provide. I highly recommend American Restoration.

I loved the cleaning crew that came to my house this week! Arasay & Eleana were sooo sweet!! Highly recommend them for home cleanings! They made sure everything in my house was perfect after we had some smoke damage due to a fire in the garage. Cameron Hamrick, Eric Strassburger, Jeff Wilson and also a photographer that came by are a few to name. Everyone that we have encountered with this company have went above and beyond the call of duty. They have made this very scary experience alot easier to cope with. You guys are AMAZING!

Commercial Flooding in Shelby, NC
Shelby, NC

January 15, 2020
Solution Provided: Project Managers immediately dispatched six mitigation technicians with two water extraction trucks to begin work for the client. After the situation was assessed, the technicians divided into separate crews. One crew began inside the least-affected business, as it had customer appointments starting that morning, while another began extracting water and blocking furniture to prevent further damage. When the water was fully extracted, our technicians set up drying equipment, including fans and dehumidifiers, and began cutting into the drywall to check the moisture content of the walls. The drying process took less than a week, and once the buildings were fully dry, the mitigation team passed the baton to our reconstruction crew.

Commercial Fire Loss in Spindale, NC
Spindale, NC

Solution Provided: American Restoration's emergency response team arrived on-site on the same day as the loss. Our crew started by extracting water - a process that lasted into the early morning hours of the following day. Once the water was extracted, another crew delivered fans, generators, and dehumidifers to begin drying out the facility. At the same time, the board-up team tarped and secured the roof until it was ready to be repaired. Once the property was dried and secured, our team began cleaning smoke and soot from the walls and ceilings of the production floor. This involved using specialized cleaners, scissors lifts, and a very sharp eye for detail.
