We noticed during the rain yesterday water dripping down the wall. Checked the roof and looks like the leak might be coming from around the chimney. Concerned about how long a leak might have been going on without us noticing it. Put some tarps over the chimney yesterday in prep for more rain today but not sure if that's going to work at all. Need an assessment to determine seriousness of this situation. We do have homeowners insurance. Should we wait on your assessment before contacting them? Thanks in advance for advice/assistance.
