Our client discovered a leak under her kitchen sink, leading to water on the floor and inside the cabinets. She knew water would have seeped underneath the flooring and the cabinets, but had no way of knowing the extent of the damage.

Solutions provided:

Our team arrived onsite to to meet the homeowners and scope the job. They began by removing flooring and pulling appliances away from the walls to determine the extent of the water damage. A barrier was set up to contain the work area and a de-humidifier put in place to remove any trace moisture from the zone. Fans were also set up to make sure the damp subfloor was completely dry. When mitigation work was done, the baton was passed to our reconstruction division.
