Emergency Response/Board Up

After receiving an Emergency Call, we will dispatch a crew to your home or business and evaluate the damages. In most cases, Emergency Mitigation work must be performed immediately in order to prevent further damages. These services include roof tarping, board up, evacuation of clothing and freezer foods as well as water extraction and structural drying. Insurance companies encourage these emergency actions and most emergency work is often completed before an adjuster is assigned the claim.

Property Inspection

In most cases, American Restoration provides a free inspection of the damages to your property and when hired to handle the repairs, a project manager will be assigned and begin working with you and your insurance representative.

Cleaning & Restoration

Depending on the damages to your property, services can include:

• Content pack out – A computerized and photo inventory of all affected content will be provided and in a Pack Out situation, all contents will be moved from your home/business to a climate controlled, secure location for processing.
